What is Jam Express?

Jam Express is designed for smaller-sized, everyday retail purchases.

What is Jam Plus?

Jam Plus is designed to make the decision-making process for larger purchases easier and more affordable.

Can I use Jam Payment online?

No, at this stage Jam Payments are only available in-store.

How are payments made?

Payments are taken automatically as scheduled from your nominated credit or debit Visa or MasterCard.

What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?

Contact Jam Payments to update your card details. The Visa or MasterCard number will have changed and therefore will need to be updated to avoid any late payments. 

How do I update my card details?

What if my card doesn’t arrive before my due date?

Please contact Jam Payments by emailing info@jampayments.com.au or calling 03 9009 7211 to make an arrangement.

How do I know if my payment went through?

Check your email for a notification for a late payment. We will send out a late payment notice the following morning if the payment has not gone through. If you would like further verification, please contact us by emailing info@jampayments.com.au or calling 03 9009 7211. 

What are the fees?

The Jam Payments fee schedule is listed below, as well as in the terms and conditions brochure you will receive when taking out a plan. Please refer to your Jam Express or Jam Plus plan schedule. To discuss any discrepancies, please contact Jam Payments by emailing info@jampayments.com.au or calling 03 9009 7211.

Can I make early payments?

Yes, early payments can be made. The processing fee will still be applied to each instalment and is not waived for an early payment or for paying off the plan.

Why haven’t I seen the payment go through on my bank account?

Jam Payments processes the payments through the Visa or MasterCard debit or credit card. A payment made through Visa or MasterCard may show up on the statement as pending for a few days and settle a few days later.

Does a pending payment mean the payment did not go through?

No, a pending payment is pending through the card issuer’s bank. A late payment notice will be sent if payment was not received.
