What is an Anaconda Gift and eGift card?

An Anaconda Gift card is a pre-paid card which can be used for purchases with Anaconda. When purchasing a Gift card in an Anaconda store simply nominate a dollar value to put on the card, and pay for it as you would a regular transaction. These cards are fantastic presents for friends and family as they can be used to make purchases online and in store.

Anaconda also offers eGift cards (electronic versions of the Gift card). Buy an eGift Card and have it delivered via email within 1 business day.

Can I use a Anaconda Gift and eGift Card Online?

Yes, Anaconda cards can be used in our online store like you would a credit card.

How do I use an Anaconda card?

Use your Anaconda Gift and eGift card online and at any store of the cards issuing country.

How can I buy an Anaconda Gift Card?

Anaconda Gift Cards can be purchased at any Anaconda store. Anaconda eGift cards are available online.

Do I need to provide ID when redeeming an Anaconda Gift Card in-store?

Yes, to help mitigate fraudulent transactions, SRG may collect identification details such as driver's licence numbers from customers upon redemption of gift cards. Please refer to our privacy policy for more information.

Validity and expiry of Gift Cards

Gift cards and eGift cards purchased after 31st March 2018 are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Any balance that remains on a card will not be available for use after the card's expiry date.

What can I purchase?

You can purchase any item sold at any Anaconda store in the Gift or eGift cards purchased country.

Can I get cash refund using my gift card?

You cannot redeem your Gift and eGift card for cash.

What happens if I lose my Gift Card?

Treat your Gift and eGift cards like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded.

Can I return or cancel my Card?

Gift and eGift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or any other tender type.

Can I reuse my Card?

Gift and eGift cards can only be used once. Once the money on the card is depleted you should destroy the card by cutting it in half diagonally.

Can I exchange items I have purchased with a Card?

Goods which are purchased solely or in part with a Gift or eGift card may be exchanged or returned subject to the exchange and returns policy of Anaconda. Any amount owed back will be issued on a new gift card.

Can my card be re-issued?

Re-issue of faulty, damaged or lost Gift and eGift cards is not available unless the cards are proven to be faulty, damaged or lost as a result of the production process or otherwise due to the fault of Anaconda.

Are there any hidden charges or service fees?

Please treat Gift cards and eGift cards as cash. Gift cards and eGift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Once activated they may be redeemed for purchases at any Anaconda store or site in the country of purchase. They cannot be redeemed for cash.

The funds will be verified on request, at the time of purchase or by completing a balance enquiry.

No change is given and any balance that remains on the card can only be used in part against future purchases at Anaconda stores / sites. Gift cards purchased after 31st March 2018 are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Any balance that remains on the Gift or eGift Card after expiry will not be available for use. A $10 minimum value must be loaded at time of purchase. Gift and or eGift cards cannot be reloaded. Maximum value per Gift or eGift cards is $500. Photo ID is required when redeeming gift cards in-store.
