Discover the fascinating world of plants and small creatures with the Creature Time-Lapse Portable Observatory. Designed to make observing nature fun and engaging, this portable habitat lets you safely observe and record the growth, movement and behaviour of plants, insects, fish and other small creatures over time.
The built-in 2MP camera automatically captures images at set intervals and turns them into a time-lapse video, allowing you to watch changes that may take hours, days or even weeks unfold in seconds.
Choose from 8 preset time-lapse modes designed for different subjects: Sprout, Flower, Potato, Seeds, Tadpole, Fish, Beetle and Turtle. Simply select the appropriate mode and the observatory automatically uses a pre-set recording interval and duration for that subject.
A built-in 1.44" colour LCD screen makes it easy to select modes, check recording progress and play back completed videos directly on the device.
Two built-in white LED lights provide additional illumination when connected to external USB power, while the ventilated enclosure helps create a practical space for observing plants and small creatures. The clear viewing area lets you easily see what's happening inside.
Power the observatory using 3 AA alkaline batteries for portability, or connect it to USB-C power for extended recording sessions. Recorded time-lapse videos are saved to a Micro SD card and can be viewed directly on the observatory or transferred to a compatible phone or computer via USB-C.
With a built-in carry handle and secure latch, the Creature Time-Lapse Portable Observatory is perfect for encouraging kids to explore, learn and care for the natural world.
