Compared to the original Aqua Kem Blue, this concentrated fluid has improved liquefication for easier tank emptying and stronger reduction of gas build-up. Thetford has kept familiar features from the original Aqua Kem Blue including the number of dosages and the universally loved fragrances.

The odour control performance of Aqua Kem Blue Concentrated products is at the same outstanding level as the original product range. This fluid is 2 and 1/2 times more concentrated - a standard 150 ml dose of our original Aqua Kem Blue worked well for up to 5 days, now only 60ml of Aqua Kem Blue Concentrated is required for the same period of use. A 780mL bottle offers up to 13 dosages for 65 days of use, the same as a 2L bottle of Aqua Kem Blue. This means the new Concentrated product range will deliver more power per drop in comparison with the original Aqua Kem Blue.

Delivery Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours.

Standard product orders are delivered weekdays by Australia Post and Get It Fast. Please allow 3-7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Express orders are delivered weekdays by Australia Post and Get It Fast. Order by 12 noon AEDT on Monday to Friday for delivery within 1-4 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Big & Bulky and Oversize products will be delivered via courier. Please allow 3 - 10 business days, depending on the delivery location.

 

Delivery Acceptance

All orders require a signature upon home delivery. If there's no one at home to sign for the parcel, or a 'to the door' service is not available in your area, a card will be left with instructions on how to collect your order. Once your parcel has been signed for you will be responsible for any damage to or loss of your items.

 

Split Delivery

Occasionally, customer's orders may need to be sourced and supplied by multiple Anaconda locations. If this is the case, then your order will arrive at its destination in more than one consignment and possibly with more than one courier company. The multiple shipping charges are not passed onto the customer. The shipping charge paid at the checkout page of the order will not be exceeded even if multiple deliveries are required.

Returns Information

If you order an item online and it is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description, you can return it to us by taking the item to your nearest Anaconda store. If you are unable to get to a store, please call customer care on 1300 558 990.
