How to quickly deflate pool floats

Pool floats can add an extra layer of fun to a leisurely dip, but inflatables can sometimes take a little bit of time and effort to return to their uninflated state. To speed up the process, use a plastic drinking straw and place it inside the valve to keep it open. Then apply gentle pressure to your inflatable float or pool toy to push the air out. This trick can be especially useful if you have to pack up quickly in case the weather turns for the worse!
