• If you're spending any amount of time on a board, it's important you pair the right beachwear with the type of board you're using. If you're using a paddle board, you'll need adequate sun protection. However if you're on a surfboard or bodyboard you'll also want something to protect your chest from rubbing on the board itself and it's worth considering a decent rashie or wetsuit.
